I wish to respond to the negative statements from Jason. I am sorry that this customer was not pleased. Unfortunately we had to close the sale early. Four employees spent 3 days cleaning their mold contaminated basement and separating a large room size AMOUNT OF WATER LOGGED TRASH. We estimated the sale would have generated about $5000 . The night before the sale the customer removed approximately $3000 worth of items from the sale including Some Tiffany pieces. People who came to the sale were irate causing us to have to close the sale early. Nothing from the estate was missing but was probably water damaged and moved to the debris pile. Our contract clearly states items cannot be removed from the sale once advertised. Unfortunately some do leaving us to deal with disgruntled customers who may have traveled long distances to attend the sale. Fortunately most of our clients are wonderful and not this inconsiderate. This means that either party can seek a divorce without proving that the other spouse did anything wrong. Divorce Attorney Rockford IL The divorce case starts with the filing and service on the other spouse of the Summons and Petition for Dissolution. Once the action has commenced, it will be necessary to obtain temporary orders regarding the minor children (custody and visitation orders) and/or finances (child support, spousal support (alimony), etc.). These temporary custody, visitation, child support, spousal support and other orders can be obtained through litigation by filing with the Court a Request for Order for Temporary Orders.
