Just yesterday, (October 12th) \t\n I received help from a local Geek Squad agent name Carl.\t\nHe was very helpfull, in explaining to me, how to take care of my laptop, after taking a look at it.\t\nI had just a few simple questions, and he gave me a very clear explanation of how to maintain my battery life, and take care of the overall quality of my computer's inner workings.\t\n\t\nBeing a mother, I try to keep my computer clean of virus and infection. I did not know, that having more than on anti-virus, is a bad thing.
