This home health company is NOT very reputable. We had this agency for about 6 1/2 months and they were a nightmare to work with. First of all they are the boss NOT you! They want things to go there way or you are "rocking the boat"! We had at least 8-10 different CNA's within this period. The agency was always sending different CNA's. Then when a CNA quite, the agency had a terrible time of finding another one to replace them. Don't even think about asking for hours other than what is initially set up, because they will give you a hassle about going off the regular schedule. They'll try to tell you that they are looking for someone to fill the time requested, but always ends up that they cannot find anyone. The CNA's they do have.......well let's just say some of them are NOT very professional at all! The agency has too many schedulers and the rt hand doesn't know what the lt hand is doing!
