My wife and I posted this review back in 2009 when we were having issues with Kitchens, Baths, & More. Shortly afterward that review was written, KB&M resolved the issues and we thought this negative review had been removed. PLEASE DISREGARD what we wrote back in 2009. This company ruined my dreams of a beautiful kitchen. The entire process was painful, the quality of the work was awful. Every day I have to look at the chipped cabinets (which were very expensive). The workers left nails coming out of cabinets, uneven walls, malfunctioning electric, poorly grouted backsplash and gaps under our floor. We had to hire someone else to try to fix all the issues they left us with. They promised to give us a lifetime warranty on our floors once we showed them all the gaps under the tiles. Then they backed out and said they had never promised such a thing. Finally they gave us 3 years after we filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They will tell you a thousand stories and never own up to their responsibilities. It will take months to finish the work and it will never be done properly.
