Well to say anything i was unhappy i was quoted one price on the phone and when i got there it was another price higher than expected. Plus i ran into a problem last night tryed to call them after hours and got a rude message on their anwsering machine and could not leave a message that i was not going to be able to make the appointment for saturday ...\t\n\t\n RESPONSE FROM Casey Automotive: \t\nGreg, My name is Mike Bruens from Casey Automotive I have received your review from customer lobby concerning a problem you had at our Palatine store. Frist off to address the phone answering system I was not aware of any problems until you brought it to my attention low and behold our service provider Comcast did not inform us they have a phone switching problem which removed out greeting I am sorry for that problem you experienced. After talking to my service writer Jessie who you had spoken with on the phone when you first called and when you came in the price that was quoted was the same on the phone.The price was exact with taxes. If there was something other than that I would like to know. Our family has been is business over 35 years and we have not had any price problems like this. Jessie the service writer has been with our family for over 8 years and I dont hear these kinds of problems about him. Again I am sorry about the confusion about our afterhours phone system problems that we didnt know were going on. As A first time customer here at Caseys the last thing I want to happen is you not being comfortable coming in for any services. My noise complaint was easily diagnosed by the Casey technician. It was a simple replacement of a wheel bearing. Car was done in a short period of time while I waited and the price was fair. Most of all the shop staff was professional,courteous and honest. Bonus is that the waiting room is very comfortable, not your normal repair shop. Whatever I bring over to Casey Automotive, they get fixed. It's always done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Two separate times, I brought in cars with lots to fix. I have never had to bring my vehicles back for faulty repair work. Their prices and quality of work is much better than any dealership that I have dealt with. My headlights quit working on my dodge and the dealer wanted over $350 to fix. Said it probably needed some sort of module. Casey was able to clean and rewire some connection and fixed the problem for less then half of the that. Thanks for being upfront and honest about the repair. They did not tigthten the (+) termanal clamp on the battery, the car was dead, i had to tighten the clamp my self to get the car running again. there is two screws missing on my in thake over, only two are holding. If you have any work done by casey i would double check there work because you might be missing some screws or the fastnersw are not tightened down. ...read more

I brought my 1993 Benz in which had a lot wrong with it,\t\nAir didn't work.\t\nWindows didn't work.\t\nI need all fluid changed, Oil, Trans, Coolant flush, ect.\t\nThe car had a very hard time starting.\t\nEverything works great now I have air (The old systems updated) Windows go up and down and the car starts on the first turn of the key....Nice.\t\nI am very happy with everything they did and will go back for other things I want done.
