midas found things that carx and ntb and that terrible skokie auto on milwaukee over looked , they did a courtsey check and found my brakes in the front where ok but showed me the brakes in the rear where time to be changed and explained which fluids need to be changed , other places try to ripp you but midas on milwaukee in niles explains everything you need and also what will we due in the future on my vechile and dont try to ripp you off everything is under warranty and the manager Josh really goes out of his way for his customers , I will always take car to midas for now on , not jiffy lube 44.00 for a oil change are you kidding and they try to sell you everything you dont need , midas is placed go there you wont be sorry they even a service where they dropp you off and pick you up my car never ran so good yes to midas ...read more

they are awesome the manger explained everything i needed done and even offered shuttle service so i didnt even have to wait they are awesome my brakes never worked so good until midas fixed them ,midas is the placed to go I have a life time nation wide warranty on my brake pads and never have to purchase them again that is awesome ...read more

NO STARS! Honestly, I would have given maybe 3 stars. Their prices were decent for what I actually where there to have done, a flex pipe on my exhaust and to change the belts... that is not the problem though. Some how when they were changing the belts they managed to bust the hose connected to my radiator off. Being that the only way to fix that is to install a new radiator... THE STORE MANAGER and his employees op'd to "fix it with appoxy... REALLY! First when they did this they said they were just using the appoxy so I could take my car home that night since they didnt have a rental, so Monday I had to take off a full day of work, for them to fix it. I dropped it off around 8:30am or so. They call about 2:30 and say its all fixed the appoxy worked. I said what!?! So really you have my car that long to watch glue dry? Im a female and more experienced than others in cars, however ANYONE would think using GLUE to fix a radiatior hose was ridiculous! Last time I checked appoxy doesnt flex and um the radiator does get pretty hot... WELL the manager says Ill give you a 90 warrenty on the glue... low and behold its leaking again and he no longer works there so the guy who is there says Well i wasnt working here then and the guy back there says you already had a leak. SERIOUSLY! Where on the past paper work did it say that ANYWHERE? He said i dont know he just remembers that... RIGHT! Then he says since your car has 110,000 miles you would have needed a new one any way... REALLY! and he hands me a quote for you to pay $400 for a new one!Thanks for NOT taking responsibility for your actions. Being a single mother who DOES take responsibilty I REALLY appreciate you making it even more difficult for me. SO much so that this review is just the begining. ...read more
