I always like coming to get our cars taken care of however, I was kind of turned off when I got my oil changed recently. Every place I have been to since owning a car always tops off your windshield wiper fluid. When I tried to clean my windshield 2 days after the oil change, I had 0 fluid. I called and asked why it wasn't filled and was told it's not something that is done without asking the customer. I was never asked... And feel it should be done, period. ...read more
Congratulations to Choose your Charity newcomer Casey's Safe Haven! Casey's was our last Choose your Charity winner of 2013 with 159 totals votes, and will be the first charity to claim their winnings in 2014! All of us at Infiniti of Naperville would like to thank Tammy, Sue, Barb, Paco and Lola for spending some time with us this afternoon to accept our contribution and take a photo. Casey's Safe Haven, a non-profit holistic equine and dog rescue center, is operated solely on volunteer help and donations, and is dedicated to healing horses, ponies, donkeys, mules, dogs and puppies in need. Casey's does accept animals from just about anywhere including animal control facilities, pony ride facilities, retired police force/lesson program animals and racetrack dogs/horses. Each charity has tasked itself with a goal or mission to help make our community a better place and Casey's in no different. A big part of their mission has been to educate the public on responsibilities and proper care of each animal so they receive the respect and dignity they deserve as living beings. So how did Casey's Safe Haven come to be? It's a simple and inspirational story. Casey was one of 63 thoroughbred equine's living in horrible, malnourished conditions. As luck would have it Casey was one of the few horses to be saved from the slaughterhouse and loved for 26 years thanks to Sue Balla. Sue's love for Casey, and desire for his spirit to live on, manifested into 2 equine rescue centers, Field of Dreams Horse Rescue&Adoption; (2005) and Casey's Safe Haven (2011).
