by far the worst customer service and food service ive seen yet. ive kept trying thinking maybe its just that night but its every time i go. i will never eat there again. nothing but attitudes and worst drive thru ive ever experienced, with helping when cars pull up, they take about five to ten minutes to greet you, and then when you try and tell your order they interupt when your talking asking iff theres anything else so they rush you she repeated our order back to us and we were the only ones in the drive thru and when we got up to the window the two working kept asking what we ordered and getting frustrated with us because they couldnt get it. ive just am shocked. ive never seen a food place that i havent liked and ive really hated but this morton mcdonalds takes the cake. ...read more

I loved your original mocha Joe and coffee. In the summer months I get the Mocha Joe. I do not like your new coffee @ all. It is too strong. I didn't go to McDonalds because I thought their iced coffee was too strong. Now I have no desire to go to Burger King for breakfast and coffee. BRING BACK YOUR COFFEE!! ...read more
