I have been going to Bobby C's for about 2 years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else even though I've moved further away. He is always available. I've never had to wait longer than 2 days for any repairs and always have gotten a hold of him or his wife, Teresa, to schedule an appointment or drop by that day. I am a single mother and very sceptical of mechanics (who, with past experiences, have take advantage of that). Bobby is upfront, honest, and forthright. He may be a little on the pricey side, but I have never had a complaint or mishap with the job he has done. He loves what he does and it shows with his demeanor. I was getting the run around from the Insurance Company of the woman who hit me. Brandy at Tom's Collision helped me get everything straightened out and approved. It made my life easier when the shop helped handle the Insurance Company because I had no idea what to do next. I will definatly refer friends and family! ...read more
