Hands down best music store in Lake County. They have quality gear and a very knowledgeable staff. The 2 techs Mark and Matt know gear and know how to fix it, and reasonably price their repairs, far below the industry average. I have had numerous guitars worked on by them, and always come back in excellent condition. I have also had electronics such as amps and pedals worked on by them, fantastic job each time. I have been shopping there for years and have got to know the employees (Mark, Matt, and Phil.) Its sad reading a couple reviews about calling them rude, because they arent. They treat their customers with the up-most respect and go out of their way to make sure the customer leaves with the correct product. Most of the time joking around with each other to create a relaxed environment. One review stated that they were trying to push them into a more expensive guitar for their child to get a bigger sale.
