Hello, I thought I'd share an exceptional experience. I had a problem using a Chase visa gift card at this establishment. I put money on the gift card for traveling. I forgot to register it before use so when I swiped it at the pump I had to come inside for usage authorization. I then swiped it again. Unfortunately I was charged $75 for the swipe outside and then $60 inside for the gas I authorized. When I arrived at my hotel the next day I remembered I needed to register my card. That's when I realized I was short money since it was able to view my transactions. I called the gas station and spoke to a very helpful employee named Leather. She said this was quite common with gift cards. I gave her my reference numbers from the two charges and she called me back to assure me that I'd see the hold charge released within 72 hours.
