I've been here for 2 yrs and the only thing that has kept me here was the school across the street. It's the best. But I can stand to stay in this dump for another year. My kids deserve better. The don't fix things until you threaten not to pay! Halls are old, nasty and dirty! Winter here sucks! Heat is sky high! They do NOT shower the snow unless asked to. Parking lots are worse. Water comes out some pipes into the street which of course freezes. No salt. No shovel to help us out. I busted my head on it and nothing! I'm so happy get leave this ... . I can't believe this place is actually open to rent! I mean I feel there are so many building violations. I know tenants that have mold growing in their apartments. Widows are broken. Pot holes in the parking lot. Manager is good for nothing. Office is full of inconsiderate, ignorant, racist beings. I'm sick of this people I thank God I'm able to go ! ...read more

These people doubled their estimate without informing us. They argued the entire time they were working and the next day my shower would not drain. three days later my toilet started leaking. They rodded out my toilet drain and it took them over two hours. We hired one plumber and they justified the bill by saying that the job couldnt have been done without two people. They then became very disrespectful and rude when we question the bill and why it was double the estimate.. do not hire!!!!!!!!!! ...read more
