This claim is completely in accurate. This Dr., Dr Akber Khan did absoluetly nothing to treat me. First of all he saw me and hour late, I had to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes and then in the examination room for another 30- 40 minutes!\t\n\t\nSecond, I went to him because of problem with my ear and he sat there and talked to me for twenty minutes about how I felt mentally and decided I was "un happy" and tried to put me on some spills.\t\n\t\nI aksed him to give me the name of the piLLS and he would not! I am not even depressed. He looks like the devil and you can almost see the dollar signs in his eyes!\t\n\t\nI was so MAD because in the end, I had o tell him again that the reason I was there was because I had ear pain, not because I needed happy pills, so he left out and sent in two inexperienced looking CNA's that were goging to pour peroxide in my ear to get wax out as if that was why I was having sharp pains!\t\n\t\nI hate this doctor and $325 is a ridiculous bill to submit. I was being treated by my pediatrician who referred me to Dr. Merchant for my gynecological problems. I was having severe gastroenteristis, Dr. Merchant seeing my condition, advised me to undergo a gastro-endoscopy which successfully got rid of my pain and anxiety. After my surgery, Dr. Merchant kept following up with me over the phone and via email. During my follow-up exam, I took the Dr and staff flowers and candy as a thank you gift for treating me with such kindness and dignity. They made me feel special in the care they provided and regularly send me updates, reminders and their calendars which is such a good and conscientious gesture on their part. ...read more

They are great at scheduling urgent appointments. The office stuff is fantastic. They are always smilling and are redy to answer any questions you have as a patient. The waitting time is good. The waitting room is nice and cozy. They have a TV and alot magazines to read while waitting. Dr. Merchant is spending as much time with a patient as needed. She also has answers to any of your questions. She is the best doctor ever and does everything to find out what is your sicknees. I would prefer Dr. Merchant to everyone.
