I was being treated by my pediatrician who referred me to Dr. Merchant for my gynecological problems. I was having severe gastroenteristis, Dr. Merchant seeing my condition, advised me to undergo a gastro-endoscopy which successfully got rid of my pain and anxiety.

After my surgery, Dr. Merchant kept following up with me over the phone and via email. During my follow-up exam, I took the Dr and staff flowers and candy as a thank you gift for treating me with such kindness and dignity. They made me feel special in the care they provided and regularly send me updates, reminders and their calendars which is such a good and conscientious gesture on their part.

They are great at scheduling urgent appointments. The office stuff is fantastic. They are always smilling and are redy to answer any questions you have as a patient. The waitting time is good. The waitting room is nice and cozy. They have a TV and alot magazines to read while waitting. Dr. Merchant is spending as much time with a patient as needed. She also has answers to any of your questions. She is the best doctor ever and does everything to find out what is your sicknees. I would prefer Dr. Merchant to everyone. She is just the best!
