They have great parent/child, gymnastics, dance, karate and sports classes -- plus awesome birthday parties!!! My kids have done them all. We tried gymboree and ultimate before finally finding the more age appropriate skills and equipment at Little Gym. This place is awesome!! Ultimate is a good place for an older child (6+) to learn gymnastics, but for the yourger crowd (1 to 6 years), the Little Gym of Gurnee (just down the road) is a much more age appropriate learning facility. They have much better equipment and a more age appropriate ciriculum for the smaller bunch. As well, we've attended birthday parties at both locations, and at TLG, the birthday child is made to be the center of attention throughout all the activites, while at Ultimate, there is too much independent time -- i.e. you might as well have taken your kids to a playground. ...read more
