I had been calling the customer service call center to see how to fix a problem with my Vonage phone service but it seemed like I always got someone in some other country and just didn't seem to understand what I was asking. I finally got fed up and went to the closest Vonage kiosk and after speaking with someone for just a few minutes I was able to figure out what the problem was and went home to send a fax successfully which I had not been able to do for a couple weeks now.
