The entire staff is good people to work with, friendly, courteous and customer service orientated. I would recommend to do business with them, I experienced good service from this merchant and the store manager, Tim Horine, he is awesome! Give Tim a call at 847-729-6100, Verizon Wireless North Shore in Glenview before going to another Verizon retail store take it from my experience I saved 145.00$ in contrast to 3 other Verizon stores I visited. These guys are the best. They always help me with question I have, so I always buy all our phones from them. They are locally owned too. I always tell people about this store because it's a little hard to see because it's in between Glenview Rd. and Lake across from the Domonick's that moved out a few years ago.
