I have been with State Farm for 22 years, and have had 3 different agents, due to moves. I have been dealing with Ilene and her staff for the past 3 years. Whenever I stop in the office, whether to pay it premium or to inquire about different services, and Ilene is there, she'll say hi and see how we're doing. And the staff always has time to answer any questions that I might have, never rushing you out. They make you feel like a friend, not a client. I would recommend Ilene and her staff to anyone in the area looking for an insurance agent. ...read more

When we moved here about 7 years ago our State Farm Agent was in Chicago. We have been with State Farm for over 30 years and never knew our agent. We stopped in and Ilene and the ladies in the office made us feel very welcome. It is so refreshing to know who to call whenever you have a question about your policy! They answer the phone quickly and politely and always have or find the answer you need. ...read more

Possibly the pettiest people I have ever dealt with. After receiving a voice mail from them in regards to our policies, they proceeded to not hang up phone and they message went on and both the agent (Ilene ) and her assistant Sandy kept the conversation going about us in the fact that our previous agent must be laughing now because in there words, we always lapse on our policies, which we do not. The conversation also went on not about us but other customers they have as well doing the same thing. To me this is totally unprofessional and disrepectful. We have since cancelled all of out State Farm policies because of this, and when we called to inform them of this, there was not a hint of sincerity, and that the agent would not even speak to her assosicate about this. We were told that "people are human and that they make mistakes". Well the mistake that they made cost them clients and commission upon policy renewal. Customer Service - Not at this place.
