I ordered the daily double at 3:14 today, thursday, 7/14/2011 because I had one tuesday and it was good, nice and fresh, but today was a completely different story. How anyone would serve a sandwich like the one I recieved is beyond me. The bun was hard, the lettuce was old and wilty, the tomatoe was mushy, the meat was cold, and it was dripping warm mayonaise. Very disappointing to return to work and open the sandwich, which was not edible and must have been made hours beforehand. BAD-BAD-BAD-BAD-BAD....AWFUL ...read more

I stop for coffee many times passing along LaGrange Rd. Last week my husband and I stopped by to get a banana split - girl waiting on us comes back and says -- sorry no bananas. So we said we will have a 31 Below butterfinger -- no butterfingers. Then we go tot he donuts to see if they have Pumpkin Donuts and are told they do not have them at this facility. We left and went to the friendlier and better stocked store in Mokena and got our 31 below and they do carry Pumpkin donuts -- it is the season. I have had poor service at the drive up at this facility before. I was called back by the Manager saying they were under new management and to give them a chance -- I did but still do not rate this store as one of the ones I would choose. Lucky we have others near by. ...read more
