I try to focus on the positive whenever I can, which is why it's so frustrating to have to write bad reviews. Not very responsible/trustable. They totally don't care of what they tell you about the apt. they show you. I saw this apt. which I liked but was dirty inside, it needed a lot of cleaning, the agent who showed it to me said it's gonna be cleaned by the time I'll move in (which was a month ahead), I moved in after a month and faced the same dirty apartment as I had seen it a month ago. Had no other way, but to move in, since had no where else to go, my contract had just ended (of my previous place). When I asked them about it, they were like ,it's not related to us, you have to deal with the owner yourself. Well, guess I shouldn't have taken it for granted when the agent had told me so confidently that the apt. will be cleaned by the time I move in. So don't take their words! you'll be in trouble, follow up on your apt. issues yourself. You might as well decide to look for the apt. yourself from the get go, if you have to follow up on everything yourself and just save the money they'll charge you. As they suggested to me to deal with the owner myself which meant : ""deal with the owner on what ""we promised you"" yourself/ we're not responsible for what we say after we have your money."" ...read more

I have never seen such rude people in my life. The employees are incredibly rude. They were not very helpful. I highly recommend using one of the other apartment finding services in Evanston or just looking on your own. ...read more
