Do not go to KC Nails. They were rude, it smelled AWFUL in there and they did not even do a good job on anyone's nails. I needed a place to accommodate 10-12 people, day before my wedding, so this seemed to be a great option. It was awful and thankfully everyone i invited was just trying to be nice to not make things worse. The entire experience was terrible and wish I could take it back- but since I can't, I can only recommend to others not to go there. Example: I hated my color, and he was starting the second coat, and I said, I'm sorry, I do not like it. He was the biggest jerk about changing it. I said, well, I brought in all these people who are paying you for services and I am getting married tomorrow- so, please change it. And regardless, the customer is always right and spa services should strive to make customers happy, regardless if they are getting married.
