If you're looking for a place to live where you will be treated fairly between landlord and renter, look somewhere different than Cherry Hills. My reason, plain and simple, we had heavy rains this past summer. We informed Cherry Hills that the rain had leaked through our front door and into our basement, thus flooding the basement. These people including Ron Mcbride are fraudulently using a debt collection service to attempt to cheat renters out of fake damages they are creating. They are not honest people and proof is being assembled to attest to this fact. If you rent BEWARE they will walk through and use whatever they can against you and they told me that they never lose a case. These are the nicest people in the world to rent from and they are so great about answering your maintenance calls quickly and thoroughly! The townhomes are really nice and they take great care of them! I lived in Cherry Hills but they have some new ones called Park Place that are great too!
