To be honest I would not even give this manager a 1 star rating. I have never in all my years ever dealt with such a rude person. When the check out girl finished my bill, I was reading it and mentioned I didnt think it was right. The manager literally grabbed it away from me while I was reading, so I grabbed it back and said 'excuse me, I was reading this' and he got very bolligerent. He literally stood there glaring at me with a look that would kill. Then told the people working for him to hurry up and get my order and get us out of there. Never and I mean never have I ever seen an employee of Wendys act that way. And he was the same way to his employees. You really need to check into it. This occured on Friday night at 5 pm in Edwardsville. By the way, the order WAS wrong. But at this point, his employees were so rattled, I just took the food and left and I will never step foot in that store again. ...read more
