the last couple of visits have been nothing but disappointment, Oct 1, i went through mc'ds on my way for a pre-k field trip and i ordered a coffee. After the field trip, i went to empty out the remaining coffee that i did not drink and when i did a saturated napkin fell onto the groud. I was so baffled when i saw what hit the ground that I was unable to even think clearly. Let's just hope noone blew their nose on it. Today I go through the drive thru for a yogurt parfait and the shift manager tells me that they are out and the person who makes them will not be in until 6am. Btw, it was 5:45 am. This is crazy. This tells me that she was too lazy to put yogurt into a cup which in turn reflects poor customer service. i have had several instances there that have happened.
