Will ask for $300 application fee and deny you 100% of the time. Asked up front if there is going to be any major issues and said no. Sent in the $300 fee and they denied the application a month later stating the issues that were my original concerns. Watch out for James (Jim) S. Sadiek and his $300 scam. Very responsive and polite untill he gets your application fee then suddenly disappears. Gave him 1 star because it was my own fault for falling for this scam. ...read more
