Brian at Creative Home Experts was referred to me by my realtor as she had personally hired Brian and recommended them to a few of her other clients. I recently worked with Brian and his crew to completely renovate my condo's kitchen. This being my first major home improvement project, initially I was concerned as quotes and the work to be performed were a little informal and I was required to pick out purchase the counters, cabinets, etc myself. However as the project progress I became less and less concerned and found that I could rely on Brian to use his extensive experience and expertise to determine what needed to be done and how everything should look. Brian and his guys were very professional and courteous both to me and my building staff, and also adhered to my building rules and regulation (which are pretty strict). Additionally, I had received quotes from 3 other highly reviewed contractors in the city and Brian quote was by far the most fair and reasonable. During the kitchen project, there was an unexpected structural issues that had to be taken care of by my building, and I was also having a different contractor put in new hardwood floors. Brian was very flexible to work around these projects and was always on time on days he was to arrive to work on the kitchen. This was much appreciated. Overall, it was great to work with Brian and I would definitely refer him to friends and family looking for a good contractor.
