I live in the South Loop, but have been making the trek to PaperDoll's for unique gifts since 2000, when they where the only shop on Division street. I recently visited their new space just west of Damen, and couldn't have been happier to see result of their hard work and success. The high- ceilings and open space let you more easily move around and see all the cute products, and seems to have given them more space for even cuter products! I loved the old location, but this new space is so much nicer, but with the same friendly warm feeling. Store Pug Maude still greets patrons, and the same smiling face is behind the counter. I liked the selection that this store had, very cute items however I was a bit put off by the busyness of the store. I love boutique shopping and buying little gift and such but the amount was too hard to "search" through, almost like a thrift store peering through racks type of thing.
