My morning royally stunk as I started the day with a brand new car that wouldn't start. I first called the dealership who gave me their towing company's number, then I called my insurance agent to ask if I had towing insurance. Guess what? They gave me the same number to the same company. Strange, but kind of a nice feeling knowing that two consecutive reputable agencies recommended the same company for service. Rendered Services Towing placed signs up where I was parked, I was notified by my friend, but I was in Austin, TX with my ONLY car key. I called Rendered Services Towing and they said that I would be ok. They took down my phone number and name and even said they would call the new lot owner to make sure they new that I would move my car upon return 2 days later. Mike the owner is scam arts don't trust them they are trying to steal your car with out anyone calling them .the owner shows up. they are ambulance chaser Mike the owner said to my daughter that her insurance will pick up the tow not to worry and Mike call her mother and said that not to worry but that the car was wrecked and it cannot be repair and not to worry that there is no storage fee but guess what.. when i went to see the car the car could be repair and he wanted my car title for the storage fee i told him to go to hell !!!!!! $165.00 for towing fees and 65 x 4 days for storage do not trust them .this is a scam!!!!!!!!!!! i will let the attorney general know about these ahole . ...read more

Chicago Planet Towing has done it again... Not only hae they saved me big time in the past they have showed up and help me again. I dropped my cell phone while trying to type in a number on the Kennedy and reached down for a second and what would you know? I look up and see brake lights I hit the brakes and pull sharply to the right to avoid the car in front of me and end up plowing in to a huge off ramp sign. Oh@#@ I have some explaining to do when the cops arrive. I call my wife who looks up Planet on the internet for the number. I call and explain what has just happened and they said they would have a truck to me in 15 minutes. Right they were.. Louie showed up loaded my car on some small little wheels because he was not in a flatbed and he needed to use these in order to tow the car without damaging the transmission. We were stuck in a loading zone at Broadway and Diversey in 90 degree heat and needed a jump start. I gave detailed information about our car and location and was promised someone would be there within 20 minutes. Not only did nobody ever come, but after it was clear they were considerably late, we called another 7 or 8 times to confirm the ETA or at least check to see if someone was still coming and nobody would answer! We couldn't leave our car because we were in a loading zone, and we sat there and baked, calling around trying to find someone else to help us. We can be confident nobody came because we never left our car for the whole 2 hours we were waiting until we were helped (by someone else-- nobody from this company EVER came). It is one thing to run late, but it is quite another to actually stand someone up and refuse to answer the phone for them to at least explain where you are, especially in heat like this. ...read more

As soon as you walk into Frankie's, you know you're going to find great clothes. The environment is so hip, first of all. The glass storefront, the cool graffiti bar, and bright colors everywhere are just some of the cool features of the store. Also, the people who work there are extremely friendly right when you walk in and are genuinely interested in making sure you have an enjoyable shopping experience. However, they aren't opinionated unless you ask for it or too pushy which is great because when shop, I prefer to just browse and I'll ask questions when I have them.
