I was relocating for a new job and MiniMoves were awesome. They came on time, loaded everything up (I had about 26 boxes of varying sizes and weights) within 45 minutes, and were on their way. I moved down here less than a week later and about 3 days afterwards, got the call they were coming to deliver. Both guys on either end were pleasant and professional. My property was delivered in a timely fashion, intact. Also, the contact agent I spoke with (the one you speak with initially to get all your ducks in a row, so to speak) was very pleasant as well. Granted, a couple of the boxes I had were a bit mangled when they were delivered but such is the process of working with a freight company...Other than that, no blatant/upsetting damage. The whole thing was cost-effective for someone working with a small budget and easy in working through their process. Really appreciative of this and hope someone else will benefit from this post. I am very, very grateful for Mini Moves. I can't say enough good things about them. Shipping my belongings from Chicago to New Hampshire was seamless. My mother decided to downsize her home several months ago. Her house sold quickly. She had a number of antiques that she wouldn't fit in her new apartment. I had about a week to find a mover to ship home the few pieces that I couldn't part with. I stumbled across Mini Moves online. Like most moving companies, I found mixed reviews. I understand that this is not a perfect industry. It's easy for problems to arise when shipping our belonging across town, not to mention cross country.
