Wow, where to begin? Signed the lease in February and started my lease a year ago. When they showed me the apartment i would supposedly be leaving in, it wasn't horrible and fairly close to campus. Little did i know that we would be given a DIFFERENT apartment without a dishwasher (which was promised with the first apartment shown). Oh well, i don't mind doing some dishes. But then things started piling up. The internet which was supposedly included in rent has not worked for around 4 months now. The ceiling in one room is beginning to fall through from the rainfall. Our door randomly doesn't allow our keys to lock the door. All of this has caused me to have to call the landlord on a daily basis just to try to get him to come over and fix something. And god forbid he come over and be polite about the lack of upkeep to his "property". There are so many countless things wrong with the way these people run their business. They let themselves in your place with out calling before hand. They demand their money for rent but will not come and fix anything! If you think luxury includes half way done repairs, rudeness, and total lack of respect for your personal property and yourself as a customer then this company is for you. ...read more

From day one of living here, I've had nothing but problems with the management company. They claimed the apartment was newly remodeled, however, when we moved in, there were MANY damages. My roommate and I typed a letter describing the damages and gave it to management, but they pretty much disregarded it. Not long into living at the apartment, the refrigerator stopped working, followed shortly by the dryer. Despite repeated requests for management to fix the fridge (an issue that cost us much money in spoiled groceries), it took almost a month before they finally fixed it after I had finally left both an angry letter with the office AND an angry voicemail. Also, despite claiming free high-speed wireless internet for their tenants, we had no internet for the first month of residency, and when my roommate and I asked them about it, we only got vague responses from management.
