My husband and I recently sold our home thru JP Finly agent Roxanne Huxford and due to her and JP"s conduct, we will not rrcommend them nor will we ever use them again. The lack on communication with us was insulting. On numerous ocassions inspectors would show up unannounced. This lack of communication and basic respect caused many issues as I ran an in home daycare and would have to pack up all the children and leave with no notice. Roxanne represented us while JP represented the buyer and this caused many conficts of interest. We had to pay to have the carpets shampooed before the buyer would make an offer, the inspection was not met in time however the buyer still wanted us to make repairs. My husband and our children were still packing when JP and the buyer showed up unannounced for the final walk through and then at closing they demanded money in the amount of 750.00 from us to pay the buyer for "damage".
