i have been going to gayles getaway before it was ever gayles getaway. I have never had better service in my life and have gone to many other salons. I've always gotten what i've wanted and never hd to ask for it. They are so talented over there anf super friendly. As for their waxing abilities, they are the only salon i will ever allow to wax me!!! The wax they use is from Victory beauty supply and NOT sallys. They have always been professional and i've never had a complaint. Out of all the salons in the bloomington normal area, I think they are the best. not ony with customer service and satisfacion, but technique.
