He is a very nice guy, but we weren't shopping for a nice guy. We were looking for someone to trap our raccoon. The critter entered his "trap" several times but failed to be captured. He failed to show up when he said he would. When we called to tell him he failed to catch our critter, he said he would come out for an additional fee of $110 when we had paid him $90 already.
