This establishment directly misleads its clients with their "membership", I was lied to by a manager regarding a tanning membership. When I went in, I advised explicitly that I just wanted to go a couple times a week for approx. a month before a vacation and that I would never use a membership. I was convinced by this "manager" to buy a membership, which I did in cash, and that if I cancelled it right I way I'd only be charged $5.00 per month to stay "active" in case I wanted to ever tan at a later time. I said "OK sign me up and immediately cancel me then, because I will not use it" and she said "agreed, ok". It turns out she was just trying to make a sale because I was charged $274.92 3 months later for membership I never had and was told by the exact same person that it was cancelled. I would not recommend, as even the owner was not customer friendly, nor did she seem to care that her manager was practicing business in this manner. Slick Rock is the best tanning place I've ever been to! The owners are wonderful and friendly-- I've never seen them give anything but their best. They remember your name, even if they've only met you once, and work hard to produce the most wonderful tanning experience possible. I have friends who pay over $120 per visit in one of the beds that I tan in (unlimited) for only $80/month. I can't imagine any way that Slick Rock could be improved! ...read more

Love this place, very modern, clean, and the workers are absolutely amazing, they showed me around and explained all the different beds to me, since i dont go tanning that much, the beds are also AMAZING, love the environment at this place, wont EVER go anywhere elce from now on. ...read more
