I purchased a bug plan summer 2011 and have been happy from the start. The tech let me follow him around and watch him work. I was VERY impressed at the thoroughness of their service. I have Advanitix and I love it. My house used to be full of spiders (and I mean full, hobos mostly). I used to find at least 1 large spider a day chillin' in my bathtub, not to mention the ones I'd see throughout the rest of the house. Enter Advantix: It's been about 8 months since I started with them and my inside spider count has been maybe 3, and that's without having the inside of the house serviced yet. I know having the inside done would probably take that count down to zero but it's hard to be home for an inside service. My favorite part it going out on my front step and seeing a few dozen insects dead, even in the winter! I read a previous review and was surprised that they had such a bad experience.
