My husband and I spent $500 on a used refrigerator from Jenkins. My husband was out of town, so I had to pick it out on my own- BIG mistake . The sales lady assured me that nothing was wrong with the fridge, the previous owner was just remodeling and needed a new color. It came with a 6-month warranty, but broke down during the 8th month. Jenkins would not help us under the warranty, so we had to have Sears come out and look at it. The Sears technician bawked at the work that was down on the machine previously. He said Jenkins had "botched it up", added extra parts, and just did an overall bad job fixing the appliance that they had informed me had no previous issues. After 18 months and tons of money wasted on repairs and spoiled food, we continue to have problems with this machine.
