Note to A2 Zebra - when working with customers whose luggage didn't hold up after one use, DO NOT keep the luggage for a week and then tell the customer that they should file a claim with the airline....the airlines don't accept claims after a certain number of days. If, as you say, there is nothing you can do, tell the customer up front, rather than giving them the run-around for a week.
