If you are a woman, don't even bother with this place. Manager and an employee were both dealing with the same phone call. I waited three minutes, surprised that one couldn't deal with a face-to-face customer instead of two on a phone call. A minute later, a big burly guy comes in. The manager snaps to attention and immediately asks "how can I help you?" I've found that this type of sexist behavior carries over to how businesses end up treating all types of customers.
