Boise State Big Blue Carpet Cleaning

Big Blue cleaned my carpets and grout. They treated an area that had cat urine issues, and a carpet that had not been cleaned in roughly seven years. They cleaned grout in the kitchen that had not been cleaned in a very long time. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful. They were prompt and did a walk through of my townhouse to dicussed options for ares of concerns. We discussed the options available for the areas of concerns and what the price would be for treatments. Before the carpet and grout cleaning was done I knew the price of the carpet cleaning. While doing the work they protected all areas of my house, and my cat who wanted to help. They were professional and efficient in doing the work, before they left they walked through the house with me to make sure I was happy with the work and there was a follow up call a few days later to check on my satisifcation with the service. Todd's Pro Kleen Carpet Cleaning Boise

Todd responded to an emergency water leak that threatened to ruin an entire, large basement carpet which would have cost a fortune to replace. The Boise carpet cleaner was here within a couple of hours of my call, stopped the damage, started the process of water extraction and repair, and came back 4 times and even brought some other carpet people to put my basement back together. This is a fantastic business and Todd is a complete professional who knows his business, explains everything, does what he says when he says he is going to do it, and charges a reasonable amount for doing great work. I couldn't be more impressed or happier with the carpet cleaning results!! and he basically saved me from having to spend a lot more money for new carpet. and after he cleaned the carpet, it actually looks new!! whether you have an emergency like I did or you just need carpet cleaning in Boise, you should call Todd. We just purchased a pre-existing East Boise home, approx. 2000 sq. ft of which is in carpet, with children in the family, we decided to hire professionals to steam clean the used carpet. We have 4 bedrooms (with walk-in closets), a living room, a dining room and a stairway covered by carpet. The Boise carpet cleaners price, based on my limited research though, is the most economical. He only charged me $149 for 4 rooms. I was in the house observing his work, I did witness the difference on the carpet before and after his work. Some reddish stain was even removed by Todd. We hired him to do a thorough steam clean before our move-in; when there was no furniture blocking his way. However, after the move-in and unpacking, the carpet looks dirty to me again (as the movers stepped on almost every single point of my house and debris from boxes was everywhere). So I decided to call Todd to run another Boise carpet cleaning steam clean for me. He told me that he just got a new steam clean machine which can vacuum the dirt/dust/debris and steam clean the carpet at the same time !
