Todd responded to an emergency water leak that threatened to ruin an entire, large basement carpet which would have cost a fortune to replace. The Boise carpet cleaner was here within a couple of hours of my call, stopped the damage, started the process of water extraction and repair, and came back 4 times and even brought some other carpet people to put my basement back together.
This is a fantastic business and Todd is a complete professional who knows his business, explains everything, does what he says when he says he is going to do it, and charges a reasonable amount for doing great work.
I couldn't be more impressed or happier with the carpet cleaning results!!
and he basically saved me from having to spend a lot more money for new carpet. and after he cleaned the carpet, it actually looks new!!
