We had a completely humiliating experience and the manager of the store was rude to us and made it seem like he was better than us. My entire family will not shop at Rosendahl's ever again and they have zero integrity and skills when it comes to doing the right thing and with customer service. By his behavior toward us, he was telling his employees and the other customers in the store that it was okay to treat others with disrespect. We did not deserve this and just stayed quiet. The other people we have recommended to go there will be the last ones that we ever recommend. Rosendahl's has lost their integrity and respect for others, and in these hard times that is the most important thing a business could have.
