I have been a Clear aka Clearwire customer for 4 years. The service used to be good before they made the switch to the new WiMax service. I am paying for 5 Mbs service and most of the time can only get 0.5 Mbs. I contacted customer service to address this issue, and they are very friendly, but cannot seem to fix the problem and so far have refused to credit my account. I am in the process of finding a new ISP in the area. I would highly recommend that anyone considering the Clear service, look at other providers.
