This company didn't fulfill any of their contractual obligations, they had no idea what customer service was or how to handle the issues that arose while working with them. I was going to throw out my laptop and get a new one, and for free Matt went through my machine and told me what it needed. I was convinced it was trashed but I let him go through it. He called me the next day and told me what the problems were, and for a FRACTION of the price of a new machine he had that thing running like it was brand new. Things are tough for me right now and I was ecstatic to not have to buy a new one! I'll tell you that guy does magic with computers!
