This company didn't fulfill any of their contractual obligations, they had no idea what customer service was or how to handle the issues that arose while working with them. We had issues getting the billing correct and had intense negotiations over it. I would never recommend them or use them again. ...read more

I was going to throw out my laptop and get a new one, and for free Matt went through my machine and told me what it needed. I was convinced it was trashed but I let him go through it. He called me the next day and told me what the problems were, and for a FRACTION of the price of a new machine he had that thing running like it was brand new. Things are tough for me right now and I was ecstatic to not have to buy a new one! I'll tell you that guy does magic with computers!
