I WANTED TO BE COURTEOUS AND TELL THE GIRL THAT I HAD A COUPON, SHE ASKED ME WHAT THE COUPON WAS, AND I TOLD HER. SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD NEVER HEARD OF THAT COUPON BEFORE. SHE TOLD ME TO PULL UP AND SHOW HER THE COUPON. I ASKED IF I COULD ORDER, SHE SAID NOT UNTIL I CAME TO THE WINDOW. THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF A LINE. AFTER WAITING ABOUT 10 MINUTES, SHE LOOKED AT THE COUPON AND SAID THAT IT WAS EXPIRED. THE COUPON WAS NOT EXPIRED BUT I WILL NOT ARGUE WITH THEM. I REALLY THINK ARCTIC CIRCLE NEEDS TO HIRE SOME MORE COURTEOUS PEOPLE. SHE WAS KIND OF RUDE, AND SEEMED TO BE MORE FOCUSED ON HER FRIENDS THAT WERE THERE TALKING TO HERE. I was the only person in the drive thru and they had no customers inside. First, the dumb girl couldn't take the order right. Then, when I thought it was all clear and waited for 5 minutes to get my order, it was wrong. The dumb girl came to the drive-thru window with large obnoxious sunglasses on (and it was in the shade) and just was a total idiot. Man, I like their shakes, but the service sucked. ...read more
