Had problems with wasp infestations last year and called him and he was able to take care of the problems quickly, but also gave us a deal on other bug problems. Nothing changed this year, we called him and he was able to fit us in quickly, was very pleasant. Took care of the problems and was willing to come back if we still had problems. When it comes to pest control, moisture is generally not our friend. Termites, roaches, ants, mold, mosquitoes, and rot are just a few of the unwanted consequences of poor moisture control. Here are a number of tips to help prevent water-related issues. 1. Make sure all pipes, drains, and fittings are functioning properly without leaks. 2. Seal cracks and crevices with an appropriate, waterproof caulk or other sealant- but be sure not to seal weep holes! 3. Clean and clear rain gutters and down spouts. Be sure that water flows freely away from your home and does not pool. 4. Remove or cover anything in your yard that is likely to collect water from rain or sprinklers- old tires, tarps, buckets, trash cans, etc. 5. Inspect your crawlspace often. Install vapor barrier and be sure to check for leaks. A moisture meter can be beneficial to check the overall humidity in the crawl area. These are only a few common ways to deal with moisture in and around your home. If you notice issues in these or other areas, address them immediately.
