Do not use Jones Pest Control of Sioux City, IA. Although we used them successfully for two years in our Orange City home, their service this past June failed and they refused to offer a refund or come back to correct their failure service. The elderly owner, Jim, told me to find a service closer to my home as it wasn't worth his time to drive to Orange City to correct their failed service. He is an old man, doesn't want to be inconvenienced and doesn't seem to care, OTHER THAN TAKING YOUR MONEY! Find a more reputable company to spend your hard-earned money on. ...read more
