We took a bride to be to this salon to celebrate and let her experience her first mani/pedi. It was a horrible experience. Dirty carpet, nail clippings on floor . Rude workers only talked their language. Did not even respond when we told them our friend was getting married and it was her first pedicure. Honestly, did not even look at us. They were not even busy, on ly one other lady in the shop. Still no acknowledgement or special treatment at all. we didnt expect too much, but a little "bedside manner" or actual conversation, even a simple congradulations maybe?? Then her nails were jagged, paint job was sloppy, french mani had to be redone, and her toes looked like moss was groing on them b/c of paint the girl put on. HORRIBLE. we complained and they just said " we do the best we can" basically it was just too bad, you and your party mean nothing to us. . We were just so very, very disappointed.
