This McDonald's has very good employees. The owners for this store are very easy to talk with and are very helpful whenever we need assistance with any promotional event. The person that wrote the other review has his own issues and took it out on this store. They are human and make mistakes, but all in all this store is great at correcting any issues. Do not eat at this McDonalds, their staff seems like they are poorly trained and they seem to make a lot of drive thru errors only to be followed through by managers who are more bent on telling the customer off then correcting the issue. I had a manager tell me off after I complained about two bad customer service events; one being that they did not put a burger pattie in my two hamburgers. I had to drive back to complain about being short changed only to but heads with a jerk of a manager who was more interested in telling me his problems and how I was being unreasonable. I have never had an issue like this before at a McDonalds. I sugest you not eat at the McDonalds on Locust street in Glenwood, Iowa. I was sorry I ordered a meal there. ...read more
