ICS services are not as they appear. They charge for services I am paying for in my rent! I am supposed to get High speed internet and DirecTV provided as part of my apartment. To get decent internet services I have to pay an 'upgrade' charge. Also, to have anything but kids channels or to watch TV in more than one room I have to pay additional money.
